How we did this.
Quite a long time ago, LARPBook created a list of child-friendly larps, which should now be considered out of date. It is time for an update. To get a comprehensive list we asked for child-friendly recommendations for larps. This went out to multiple Facebook Larp groups.
The response was wonderful.
We ended up with recommendations from all over the world!
How this works
All the entries are in alphabetical order of country. Starting with Australia and ending in the United States.
If you find anything in this list that you feel should not be there then please get in touch. We are happy to revise and edit
Also if you feel something has been omitted then also let us know we are happy to extend this list.
The Format
We’ve kept information low. Partially that’s to make this list readable and to let the larps themselves tell their own story. Each entry consists of.
- The Larps name
- A short description of its genre
- The general area it plays in
- A link to the larp, either their website or Facebook. The links take their information directly from the larp itself, in an attempt at evenness.
